Built on the site of the old Camarillo Public Library, kidSTREAM Children's Museum will have over 30,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor exhibit space.​ Designing exhibits that are both engaging and contextually relevant to the geography of Ventura County.

Pacific Ocean and
Channel Islands
A Channel Islands adventure featuring climbable Channel Islands, a wave mound, balance surfboards, a kelp climber, whale pod, and Pygmy Mammoth Dig. Much of the play in this marine space will be gross motor play with scalable challenges for children of different ages and abilities.
Camping
Step into our outdoor camping exhibit! Children can explore fort/tent building, gather around a pretend campfire, test their skills on the stump steppers obstacle, sensory pathway, and share their thoughts at our gratitude tree.
Agriculture
A farmers market for imaginative, hands-on play. Young explorers can browse a play market, visit a greenhouse, or climb aboard a tractor. At the cooking station, children can pretend to shop and cook using simple recipes, sparking creativity and early learning. This space also features an outdoor amphitheater for storytelling, learning, and gathering as a community.
