Bookkeeper and HR Manager

kidSTREAM, an emerging children’s museum in Camarillo, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Manager and Bookkeeper to help strengthen the operational foundation of a vibrant new museum focused on play-based learning.

 

This role oversees all human resources functions and daily financial operations, ensuring organizational systems support a positive and efficient workplace. Working closely with the Director of Operations and leadership team, the HR Manager and Bookkeeper will implement best practices in nonprofit operations and workplace culture. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and experienced in HR compliance, bookkeeping, and employee support—and is passionate about building a mission-driven environment where staff and families can thrive.
