Marilyn Peake

Board Member

Marilyn Peake is excited to contribute to KidSTREAM. She brings over a decade of experience in the non-profit and community education sectors, with a strong focus on organizational development and community partnerships.

As Learning & Development Business Partner at Reiter Affiliated Companies (RAC), the world’s largest berry producer, Marilyn oversees the implementation of development programs for California Operations. Her role allows her to connect people to their passions and purpose – something she deeply values.

Before joining RAC, Marilyn worked at Ventura County Credit Union, where she was instrumental in community development and financial literacy initiatives, building key partnerships and driving employee engagement.

Civic engagement is at the core of Marilyn’s life. She has served on the boards of several local organizations and chaired the RAC Oxnard Philanthropy Committee, leading partnership efforts with local non-profits. Her contributions were recognized when she was named the Oxnard Chamber of Commerce’s Woman of the Year in 2018 and a recipient of the Pacific Coast Business Times’ Latino Business Award in 2017.

Raised in Oxnard and a proud first-generation graduate, she earned her associates degree from Oxnard College, bachelor’s degree from UCLA and MBA from California State University, Channel Islands. Marilyn is committed to sharing her values of community and service with her 4-year-old daughter, Anna.
