Any adult who comes to our facility must bring a child with them. We do not allow adults to enter the museum without a child.

Any adult can be named the primary member, usually the main parent who will be taking their family to the museum most often. All adults and children must be named on the membership.

Your membership will activate after your first visit to the museum.

Guest passes can be redeemed at the front desk upon check-in. To find out how many remaining guest passes you have, please ask our front desk staff or email membership@kidstream.org

For iPhone users, start by opening the digital card email sent by the museum on your smartphone. Click the “Download” button, followed by the “Add to Apple Wallet,” then click “Add.” Your kidSTREAM membership card will be downloaded to your Apple Wallet. For Android users, start by downloading the app, Wallet Passes from Google Play. After installing the app, open the digital card email on your smartphone and click the “Download” button. The card can be accessed anytime in the Wallet Passes app.
