Check-In

An adult membership holder must provide valid photo ID upon checking in at the front desk. At least one adult named member must be present during each museum visit. Children must also be named on the membership.

Guest Passes

Guest passes are digital and can be redeemed at the front desk upon check-in. To find out how many remaining guest passes you have, please ask our front desk staff or email membership@kidstream.org.

Refunds

All memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
