Events & Volunteer Coordinator

kidSTREAM, an emerging Children’s Museum, is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Events & Volunteer Coordinator to help us fulfill our mission of learning through play. The Events and Volunteer Coordinator ensures a high-quality guest experience for children and families participating in kidSTREAM’s educational programs and community events. Working collaboratively across departments, this role coordinates logistics and provides administrative support to ensure that kidSTREAM programs and events are well-organized, appropriately

marketed, and effectively supported. This role also recruits, trains, and supports volunteers who assist with program and event delivery. The ideal candidate is a highly-organized professional skilled at working across teams, with a background in event planning or community programming, experience with managing volunteers,

and a commitment to making play-based learning accessible for all.
