Guest Service Manager
kidSTREAM Children’s Museum is seeking a dynamic, organized, and guest-focused Guest Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is critical to delivering a safe, welcoming, and joyful environment for children, families, members, and community partners.

The Guest Services Manager oversees daily admissions operations, guest flow, safety procedures, managing the museum store and the supervision and training of Guest Services staff. Working closely with the Director of Operations and cross-departmental teams, this position plays a key role in museum readiness, operational excellence, and opening success.

The ideal candidate is a calm, confident leader with experience in guest services, hospitality, or
museum operations who thrives in a fast-paced, family-centered environment.
