Guest Service Supervisor
kidSTREAM, an emerging Children’s Museum, is seeking a dynamic, guest-focused, and collaborative Guest Services Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional visitor experience for all guests. This role oversees daily admissions, retail operations, and guest engagement, ensuring every interaction reflects kidSTREAM’s mission of learning through play.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for building, training, and supervising a team of Guest Services Associates. This role plays a critical part in shaping the first impression of the museum—creating a welcoming, inclusive, and joyful environment for children and families. The ideal candidate is an experienced customer service leader with strong operational skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
