Welcome Ambassadors may also assist with wayfinding and other guest services as needed. Help bring learning to life throughout the museum! Floor Ambassadors circulate through indoor and outdoor exhibit spaces, engaging with children and families, answering questions, encouraging hands-on exploration, and helping guests get the most out of their visit. They also support the day-to-day needs of the museum floor to ensure exhibits and programs encourage families to discover. This role is a great fit for volunteers who enjoy engaging with children and families by inspiring curiosity through play-based learning.

Support kidSTREAM behind the scenes through organization and special projects. Volunteers in this role assist with organizing supplies, processing deliveries, maintaining lost and found records, and tackling a variety of behind-the-scenes projects that help the museum run efficiently. This role is a great fit for volunteers who enjoy creating order, solving organizational challenges, and contributing to museum operations in a quieter setting.
